PEER REVIEW PROCESS

  1. Initial screening of manuscripts is conducted by the executive editor of the journal. Supporting documents are reviewed, and the scientific article is assessed for compliance with the journal’s scope, formatting rules, and requirements established by the editorial office. If the submitted documents meet these requirements, the articles undergo verification through the “Anti-Plagiarism” system or other similar search systems. If plagiarism is detected or technical methods of concealing it are identified, the articles are returned to the authors with an explanation of the reason for return. Articles accepted for consideration are sent for peer review by independent experts. Reviewers are appointed by the editorial board of the journal.

The editorial office sends reviews to manuscript authors in electronic or written form without indicating the name of the specialist who conducted the review. In cases where a professional conflict of interest exists, authors have the right to indicate in the cover letter the names of those specialists who, in their opinion, should not be assigned to review the manuscript. This information is strictly confidential and is taken into account by the editorial office when organizing the review process. In the event of rejection, the editorial office sends the author a reasoned refusal. Upon requests from expert councils, the editorial office is prepared to provide copies of reviews to the HAC.
  1. The editorial office has the right to shorten published materials and adapt them to the journal’s sections. The final version of the article, prepared for printing in PDF format, is sent to the authors for approval by email. Authors’ corrections and confirmation must be received by the editorial office within 5 days. Upon expiration of the specified period, the editorial office will consider that the authors have approved the text.
  2. All submitted works, provided they comply with the present requirements, are published in the journal free of charge. Promotional publications, as well as articles funded by manufacturing companies and/or their distributors, are not accepted for consideration.
  3. After publication of the article, its electronic version in PDF format is sent to the authors.
  4. No more than 2 works by the same author may be published in a single issue of the journal.
  5. Articles previously published in other publications are not accepted.
  6. Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. Authors’ materials do not necessarily reflect the views of the editorial board.
